A number of people who contributed to the success of getting our site started in Caterham marked the occasion this month by attending an event during the final phases of demolition.

Matthew Lees  joins the Beamridge business as Land Director having spent time at Barratt East London followed by spells at Crest Nicholson and Bellway Homes. He has extensive knowledge of the land buying process from site identification, valuation, contract negotiation, planning submission and S106 negotiation.

A huge thank you to everyone that contributed towards making our charity golf day a success last week. All the money raised will be going towards our nominated charity, Brake.
