As you may be aware, Beamridge have a close relationship with the Nemesis Amateur Boxing Club based in South East London. Having hosted 3 charity boxing events with them and raising tens of thousands of pounds for them and for other worthy causes, to help them continue to train and educate young athletes.
Elliott Whale has been with Nemesis boxing club from the age of 10 and is now 21. He had his 100th contest for the club v Moroccan international representing the club in a select international tournament in which he won Gold. He boxed over multiple bouts across a whole weekend winning Friday, Saturday and Sunday in his 100th contest. This is a massive achievement as not many amateur boxers have this many contests let alone with the same coach and club. This is a huge testament to Elliott’s dedication and the stability provided but everyone involved at Nemesis.
As well as celebrating Elliot’s success we want to draw attention to three new young stars. Roland Short pictured left and the Barnard brothers shown right, each winning their first bouts, with many more to come in the future.
